Solution:

from jx.utils import verbose_recordings
cell.branch(0).comp(0).record("v", prefix="baseline")
v = jx.integrate(cell)
v = verbose_recordings(v, cell)

# -> v = {"baseline_v_cell0_branch0_comp0": ..., "v_cell0_branch0_comp0": ..., "v_cell0_branch0_comp1": ....}

We might even have the verbose_recordings function run by default.
