I found sometimes polipo is unable to stream mp4 file. I examined it but didn't found any solutions. You can find a demo video in this site. (http://mp.weixin.qq.com/s?__biz=MjM5MzI5NTU3MQ==&mid=2651446153&idx=2&sn=d1ca2eb397fe570604087d2fb700020a&scene=4#wechat_redirect)

And polipo log reports:

Couldn't write to client: short write.

System: iOS 9.3 & Mac OS X 10.11
