  • The documents members agree to (satzung, GO, etc) should be displayed during sign-up and the acceptance of the documents should be documented
  • Add membership fees to contacts
  • Make it possible to report on the accounting status
  • Have basic accounting available directly in the module
  • Implement repository for important documents (eg Satzung)
  • Automatically create Reports that are required by German law (Rechenschaftsbericht ggü Mitgliedern und FA)
  • Generate tax document for the members (Spendenquittung)/notify members if their payment has arrived
  • Display list of members that have not paid membership fee/mark members who have not yet paid
  • Automatically generated reminders for membership fees
  • Function to notify members of changed membership conditions and/or changed bank information

Advanced:

  • Allow lending of club property
