SYMPTOMS

When you attempt to save a cross-posted message on an Exchange Server computer
that has been modified by a MAPI client, the information store may crash.
STATUS
======
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Exchange Server 5.5.<A0> To resolve
this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server 5.5. For
