SYMPTOMS
========

When a licensee changes his or her computer name, License Manager still displays
the old computer name in the Issued To field.

CAUSE
=====

This problem is a user interface issue. Windows Terminal Server uses the
hardware ID and it works correctly.

STATUS
======

This behavior is by design.
