SYMPTOMS
========
After you delete a remote connection file reference (shortcut) from within
Terminal Server Client Connection Manager, you may notice that the icon is still
present in the Start, Programs, menu. Even though you see the icon, it is
inactive.
RESOLUTION
==========
Log off the computer to remove the shortcut.
