send jenkins output file as attachment to hipchat group

I would like to send the jenkins output (csv) file as an attachment to the hipchat group. Would it be possible to achieve this task by using this plug-in?

It is not possible to use send_notification OAuth2 tokens in order to share files with rooms. The only way this could be implemented if Jenkins would have its own user..
