Number search that displays additional check-box listing lccn, sudoc, local, issn, isbn, and oclc options

When the user selects a "number" drop-down from the search listing, a secondary drop-down select box will appear with the following listing "lccn", "sudoc", "local", "issn", "isbn", and "oclc". Doing a search for "lccn", "sudoc", "local" will do a call number search; the other three numbers will do an issn, isbn, and oclc number search.
