Is the draw button in mattermost connected to this plugin?

Is the plugin distributed with mattermost by default?

Does the button show up regardless of if the plugin is installed or not?

Does it start my default drawing program or a builtin browser canvas app?

When I click button nothing happens.

Env: somewhat airgapped Ubuntu 24.04

What is the intention of draw feature? Should It launch a drawing program on my computer or a builtin drawtool?
