Overview

We have just moved towards using ontology access kit for a "smallest possible linked subgraph" given 2 concepts. Currently we are only doing this for is_a / Subsumes relationships. But there are other hierarchies / relationships that we will want to support as well. This work will need to be done in N3C2OWL (mirror issue).

@Sigfried Did you mean relationships just in terms of creating sub graphs / hierarchies? Or is there some other type of thing we need to change regarding how we handle relationships in TermHub? I think the former but I wasn't 100% clear on that. If the former, I should change the title to "Subgraphs of any relationship type"

Not using OAK currently, and not planned.
