iFrame blocked

Has anybody encountered issues where iframe is blocked? if i call this url

https://jimmywarting.github.io/StreamSaver.js/mitm.html?version=2.0.0

before loading the page it works fine but if not it doesnt work

i even tried to copy the mitm file on my project and did somethign like this streamSaver.mitm=
but still doesnt work

i tried updateing the streamsaver.js mitm to point to my local mitm.html?version2.0 but still doesn work...

only time it works is if i load 1st the mitm url from jimmywarting site..

seems like the iframe is being blocked and i cant control that because it the security policy of my organization..
