Use local fonts in DEV_MODE #67

Currently local fonts are included but commented out. But it's nice to switch back (temporarily!) during development for example if on a plane.

Ideally they'red be some directive in index.html to use dev fonts or production fonts, and it would be set automatically by whether you're in dev mode or not.
