[FEATURE] Integrate NMBUFlowTorch with Nerlnet as NN infra #31

Today Nerlnet is based on OpenNN.
I think that NMBUFlowTorch can also be used as an infra for distributed machine learning in Nerlnet.

Is this project still maintained?
If you are interested we can start working on integration 🙂
