Sorry for the verbosity.
I use md2pdf to convert my Markdown to PDF. The resulting PDF size is about 10MB, and the total processing time is slow—around 15 seconds, especially for the HTML part (13 seconds). Could you give me some advice on how to speed up the conversion?

Interesting! Can you provide example files? Markdown + images and eventually CSS (if used).

Can you copy/paste source files + upload images instead? Or even better: a gist?
