Moodle 3.3 Version

Plugin work only upon creation but it doesnt work imported question bank from old moodle.
Participants cannot proceed to course "qtype_multichoiceset_options."

You are not providing enough informations for me to study the problem

1. Are you speaking of importing questions or of course restoration ? That is not the same thing at all.

2. What is the precise version of the multichoiceset plugin that you are using ?

3. What do you call "old Moodle" ? if it is Moodle 1.9 or Moodle 2.0, sorry but I can't do any testing unless you send me the file that you are trying to import or restore because these versions are so old that they don't run on any computer or server that I can have access so I can't do any testing if you don't send me a file to test.
   If you are trying to import an XML file I am very surprised because the plugin include an automated test to verify that the import and export is working and this test was last run . Are you sure that your file is correct ?
   If you are trying to restore a course with some multichoiceset questions there is also a test for that so I am nearly certain that it works.
   As I said without more information, I cant try to solve your problem.
