Clarification for using the Wemos Release with older adapters

Hello,

I would like to use my old working 3.1 adapter with the new Wemos firmware. C3 mini is flashed and connected to the wifi.

In the instructions on https://adapter.ebusd.eu/v5/wemos.en there are 2 changes that need to be made:

set pin D0 to L

Here is a perfect guide on how to set this in the Wemos web interface.

In order to use it on a v3.1/v3.0 adapter, it's PIC needs to be put into “non-enhanced USB/RPI/WIFI” mode’

What is meant by it's or correctly its? The adapter or the Wemos? If Wemos, does this refer to the ‘ebus protocol’ area in the web interface configuration? If so, should ‘Plain protocol’ be selected?

I think it would be nice if this part was explained in a little more detail 😊

There is actually a perfect guide under the "WIFI" section in the linked document, Copilot pointed it out to me: https://adapter.ebusd.eu/v31/index.en.html#wifi

I would not have expected these instructions in the old documentation, maybe a direct link will save others the search ☺️
