添加deepseek自定义模型，使用时显示错误418

如何复现
使用DEEPSEEK API；模型名: deepseek-chat; 地址: https://api.deepseek.com

Expected behavior
期望行为
增加deepseek默认模型; 或者修复这个BUG

已经确认api key无问题。在其他translator工具上面能够正常使用
