What is the reason for using this instead of the ROS2 package creating commands?

Hi sorry yes I have had a bit going on and find it tough to manage all the messages on various platforms...

@lewibs I do actually have a tutorial on how to create packages the normal way that you ideally watch first (part of my "Getting Ready" series). In this case I didn't want to spend too much video time going through even the project-specific boilerplate and also setting it up on git etc. Using the template gives people a straightforward way to jump in and avoids some early problems with misconfigured projects.
