Describe the bug
FieldAnalysis setting protocol SIEMENS can't use save_analyzed_image function

To Reproduce
Load an demo file as flatsym_demo.dcm and plot_symmetry_area

Expected behavior
setting protocol SIEMENS can use save_analyzed_image and publish_pdf function
