Count the submit button

For now we are adding 1 to the count of fields being submitted, with the assumption that a single input:submit is used to submit the form.

In some cases an image button will be used, and that will contribute two parameters (and x and y coordinate). Other times JavaScript will be used and no submit button will be posted.
