Add Reference Option to Transform Controls

In FreeCAD, transform controls include a reference option that allows users to select an edge or face of an object as a reference to move the object with respect to its axis, See Here. This feature significantly enhances precision and usability in manipulating objects in 3D space.

Implementing a similar reference option in JupyterCAD's transform controls would greatly benefit users by enabling:

• Precise alignment and movement relative to a specific edge or face.
• Improved interaction with complex geometries.
