Add a general flake.nix configuration system? à la:

It allows us to extend existing configuration, like flake.templates: om init - for smart template generation #152 (comment)
It allows us to "alias" configuration of 3rd party tools (ci: Use latest nixci #116 for nixci and om health (Health checks) #150 for nix-health)
