We have a small, community-based email list where we know most of the people who subscribe. We still use double opt-in to prevent list contamination.

There are cases where the opt-in email goes to spam, or a friend has failed to click the link and complete the subscription process.

After speaking with them, we manually add them to the Subscribers list by finding their email address in the Unconfirmed Subscriber list.

Feature Request:
Adding somebody to the Subscriber list should automatically remove them from the Unconfirmed Subscriber list.

Bug Report:
After adding them to the Subscriber list, we remove them from the Unconfirmed Subscriber list via the Remove button in their subscriber profile which causes the following application error:

Can't call method "subscribed_to" on an undefined value at DADA/MailingList/Subscribers.pm line 448.

The removal is processed successfully but the error doesn't make it seem like that.
