Annotations without link display as empty line

Issue reported by kempelen at Bitbucket:

Annotations without link (URL) and comment display as empty line item. Please see attached screen.

Maybe you could add a first readonly column that shows "rectangle" "circle" "polygon" "line" (that would also give a useful hint about the actual object being modified, as all are shown as rectangle on the page currently).

I think annotations without link cannot be created in Solo but can be created in Document Express 7.0 and I think that is totally valid. However leaving comment + URL both empty may make no sense...? (My document was just a test.)
