Create inactivity alert for 3d canvas

After 1 hour of inactivity, we should unmount any 3d canvas component and display a prompt to the user along the lines of "PAUSED Continue rolling dice?". If they continue the experience, we simply re-mount the canvas component.

Why: We should do this as a conservative measure to help minimize any impact of having 3d canvas open for long periods of time.
