How to use testapp?

I did this:

cd ;cd web
git clone https://github.com/djkartsa/django-select2-chained.git dselch230a
cd dselch230a
virtualenv env2
source ./env2/bin/activate
pip install django
python setup.py install
cd tests
python manage.py syncdb
python manage.py collectstatic
python manage.py runserver

I am not sure what url to visit to try it.

localhost:8000/select2 doesn't work.

Can you help?
