Green channel offset in images? #168

I just uploaded my first track using my Google Pixel 3XL and I noticed that the images have two issues:

The green channel seems to be vertically offset from the other two RGB channels.
The orientation of the images doesn't seem to change with the direction of travel.

Are these known problems with this particular phone or is there something else wrong?
