I would like to see a photo processing option which interpolates a direction/heading for each photo based on the location of the next photo in the track/sequence. This process would assume that each photo in a track/sequence was taken facing the location of the next photo.
Currently, my GoPro photos show up without a heading and look like they are all facing North. I almost always operate the camera in the direction I am traveling, so applying that assumption would give a correct bearing/direction.

OSVUploadr (https://github.com/osmottawa/OSVUploadr) has a "Set Bearing" option which is able to accomplish this.|
Mapillary does something similar: https://github.com/mapillary/mapillary_tools/blob/master/mapillary_tools/interpolation.py
