as a service provider I own a workspace exporting Kafka APIs (eg. KafkaCluster, KafkaTopic, etc…) and when another workspace binds to these API I want to generate a secret and store it in the consumer workspace. Variation: I also want to create a KafkaTopic stored in the service provide ws.
