Cadence Radio 5.2.0

5.2.0 separates the embedded database from the API into standalone Postgres and Redis instances. With the components isolated, the API build is significantly faster and much slimmer (66% smaller). Cadence can now scale independently or out to multiple replicas and still properly rate limit song requests.
