I am trying to get juice working but no luck. They did have windows server. The use case is for homelab environment where I pass through my GPU to a windows VM and want to share the power back to other VMs.

A Windows server is definitely possible! The current server may already work on Windows however we haven't been testing with it. I'll leave this ticket open for official Windows support.

thanks for the rapid reply. I am a noob in more kernel level stuff but it looks like the current server runs on linux.
will be eagerly staring at this, and i think this use case although niche, ,many people are looking towards it.

The main use case will be running either ollama/SD, or do some ffmpeg thing for jellyfin etc. thanks again

@kevmo314 Question, Will this work as a sort of replacement for juice but support for much more?

Ideally, I need something that can do compute (maybe graphics too for handhelds).

I tried to get juice to work with f.x. Whispering Tiger and Ollama but did not work at all.

Would also love to see Windows support.

Yes we are working towards that vision and aim to support any type of GPU compute. In theory we should also support graphics however bandwidth may be a bigger issue for graphics-related use cases depending on the application.
