Send ARC-0072 NFT asset

Summary

With the introduction of ARC-0072 assets in #160, it should be possible to also send them like ARC-0200 assets.

Acceptance criteria

Scenario 1: User sends an ARC-0072 asset
GIVEN a User has added an ARC-0072 asset
WHEN the User presses "Send" on the asset page
AND the User enters the address to send and the amount
AND the User presses send
THEN the ARC-0072 asset application (smart contract) is updated
