Unable to connect JIRA Cloud to KIWI

When I want to configure KIWI with JIRA Cloud so that I can link the test cases and runs with the items in JIRA Cloud, it is NOT possible.

When I want to configure KIWI with JIRA Cloud so that I can link the test cases and runs with the items in JIRA Cloud, it is NOT possible.

Version 13.7

Steps to Reproduce

1. I access KIWI
2. Click on Administration - Everything else
3. Click on Bugtracker
4. Create a new one called JIRA
5. Register all necessary configuration

Actual results

Cannot connect to JIRA issues

Expected results

You should be able to connect to JIRA.

Hey Manu, what type of installation do you have in your server? If it's a docker installation, you might get more log info by running docker logs *kiwi_container_docker_id* .
