tapping notification during quiet hours only shows "in quiet hours" #38

If I tap a notification that came up before quiet hours, I'd like to still read the reminder instead of seeing "in quiet hours"

Yes I think this makes sense.

I will likely change the functionality here to move the 'In quiet hours' down to the bottom info message area, and leave the last notification in the main notification message area.
