Can you explain me how the plugin should be work?

Well, similar to the image plugin, we should detect if the user tries to share a pdf file. I believe we should somehow be able to parse PDF files and possibly get the title information/abstract from the PDF files.

Not possible with the default libraries.

iText http://itextpdf.com/terms-of-use/index.php is not compatible due to its license (AGPL).
