Add a log files generation routine for each run command.

What is required for this:

A log library, preferable winston
Check for old logs and remove them if the user wants to
A log persistence level like: NONE > REPORT > ALL
A configuration in the Dmark config file for:
- logs path (should have a default)
- save only the report, not the full logs (see: Add a report at the end of the run of CLI command #5 issue)
- expire period (automatically remove old files)
- optionally don't store any log
