Latest clux/controller image is not present in the docker registry

I tried deploying the example that was in the README and the pod was crashlooping, it seems as the image referenced was not present in the upstream docker registry.

Failed to pull image "clux/controller:0.14.0": rpc error: code = NotFound desc = failed to pull and unpack image "docker.io/clux/controller:0.14.0": failed to resolve reference "docker.io/clux/controller:0.14.0": docker.io/clux/controller:0.14.0: not found

I noticed the 0.14.0 release was tagged but when I searched for the image in docker image registry, there is not one with that tag.

i did some restructuring a while back and was going to move this all to ghcr to avoid it relying directly on my personal account (like done for version-rs).

i'll try to fix this up again vsoon.
