Describe the bug

The Bug
In the mobile view of the KubeEdge website, the social media icons (Twitter, Slack, and GitHub) appear vertically aligned instead of being horizontally arranged. They should be positioned either at the top or bottom corner of the menu.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open the KubeEdge website on a mobile device.
Open the sidebar menu.
Observe that the social media icons are vertically stacked.

Expected behavior

The social media icons should be arranged horizontally and positioned at either the top or bottom corner of the sidebar for better UX.
