We need to include this information:

• Create a new branch for the new version
• Add a new entry in https://github.com/kubeflow/website/blob/master/config.toml#L171
• Add a release notes document for the new version in https://github.com/kubeflow/website/tree/master/content/en/docs/releases
• Update DNS records to make the new website version available

Additionally @thesuperzapper we need more details from you.

The quick fix is to remove the link for now to avoid broken links by removing these text:
"For information on how to update the website to a new version, see the Kubeflow release guide."
