Stackstate collaboration

The goal of this epic is to integrate Kubewarden with Stackstate, allowing users to visualize their data in Stackstate as close as possible they currently can with Jaeger and Grafana. In order to achieve this goal, several tasks need to be addressed, including:

• Allow more customization in the OpenTelemetry collector configuration helm-charts#573
• Allow others OTEL deployment patterns helm-charts#584
• Create a Stackstate monitor #918
• Document how to visualize Kubewarden data in Stackstate #920

The most important issue is the kubewarden/helm-charts#573. Once we have that, we can start to work on the remain one.
