302 Redirects for Feature & Donate #4

The Kubuntu Installer Plasma Welcome includes a page with links to 'View Feature Tour' (https://kubuntu.org/feature-tour/) and "Donate" (https://kubuntu.org/donate/)

Their respective pages on the new site are :-

https://kubuntu.org/discover/
https://kubuntu.org/community/donate/

There will need to be pages at the Old sites URL, with http 302 redirect to cover those links until they can be updated in the Distro's welcome.

Additonal Task: Raise a Bug with developers and let them know so they can make the change
