Nothing against you, but I'm about to throw my computer across the fucking room. Where the fuck is the .dll file?

"Cannot load 32-bit plugin. GmodLua.dll is not compatible with the current version."

You'll have to compile from source then. I haven't worked on this project in 7 years, so I'm not positive it works anymore. Here's the instructions for compiling from source: https://github.com/kylefleming/npp-gmod-lua/blob/master/wiki/HowTos.wiki#how-to-compile-from-source-using-visual-studios
