Plugin: FixLinkFragments

This plugin checks links to sections of other articles and tries to fix them if broken, displaying warnings for links that cannot be fixed automatically.
It also supports Template:Related and Template:Related2 in the ArchWiki.
This plugin cannot be customised, so you will have to set a null value as the
third item in the configuration array.
