Labgrid currently havily relies on SSH connections from client to exporter and we assume that we can call the utilities directly from the users shell. We are also not interested in windows support (since we don't use windows). I am not against merging patches if they don't interfere too heavily. |

Hi community, I apologize if this is a dumb question, but I'm a Labgrid beginner and couldn't find any concrete answers online. We're looking at using Labgrid and are already planning on using a Linux node as the co-ordinator, but we're wondering if it's possible to use Windows machines as exporters? I don't see anything within the exporter configuration that would explicitly prevent this, but I also know Windows isn't formally supported either.
Some of our use-cases have Windows-specific drivers that we need to interface with, so we are wondering if it's possible to hook up a Windows node to gain access to USB ports that utilize these drivers.
Any links to documentation that I may have missed would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
