功能描述
建议能否支持配置vectordb的名称，便于切换配置，目前DatasetVectorDbName是固定写死的：
https://github.com/labring/FastGPT/blob/main/packages/service/common/vectorStore/constants.ts#L1

应用场景
使用milvus的时候，切换配置，使用不同的db name。
