visionmedia/class.js.git doesn't exist (anymore ?)

while updating submodules for vendor/express I get :

~/local/realie/vendor/express$ git submodule update
Initialized empty Git repository in /home/arthur/local/realie/vendor/express/lib/support/class/.git/
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
Clone of 'git://github.com/visionmedia/class.js.git' into submodule path 'lib/support/class' failed

I guess this might be a vendor/express issue, so I copied it to http://github.com/visionmedia/express/issues/issue/453 ... although it makes (for me) realie uninstallable.

according to the guys from visionmedia "class.js" is long gone. Is it used in realie ?

Having the same issue. I'd love to play around with realie, but I can't get it installed due to the submodule dependencies on git repos that no longer exist.

try my fork. I have a LOT of changes to merge in though Im using it in an actual project
