Support ITjobs as a provider of job opportunities to be imported.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should add a bot to automatically relay and publish new job opportunities related to PHP/Laravel to the job board text channel in the Laravel-Portugal Discord server.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

The ITjobs portal has an official API: https://www.itjobs.pt/api

I already have a part of the source code to connect to ITjobs.
