can't sync with backblaze b2 via s3

sync with backblaze b2 has stopped working suddenly.
the same credential works fine on android app.
tried creating a new API, but the issue persists.

Current behaviour

1. doesn't sync with backblaze b2 bucket that was setup a long time ago. it worked before, but now it shows this error:
