Some probes, notably FitnessStatsCSVProbe, take an optional notes dict that allows us to pass in extra (fixed) column values for data collection. This is useful, for example, when recording a run ID during multiple independent runs of an algorithm.

BestSoFarProbe does not have this ability, but it would be useful if it did:
