@Art-Information-Commons

Here is a Google Doc of all the Philadelphia Museum of Art's collection works by O'Keeffe, featuring O'Keeffe or her work, or closely tied to O'Keeffe: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zhc1WPaCeVUZB5umTyRwhm5jmy0EZQ4KbSsUPgKqjwY/edit?usp=sharing

In addition, here is additional archival PMA data. Tab 1 = item level metadata that right now only exists in spreadsheet form and contains information not available online; Tab 2 = folder level metadata from our finding aids that are currently available online: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1e8rdgPNLE1NMCDQtPW2Pbil7aIPaP9dV/view?usp=sharing

@SamiNorling Please let me know if there is anyway we might need to change formatting. Thank you!

Hi @jvinegra, thanks for putting this list together! I looked into scraping the data at the URLs provided, but the individual fields aren't marked up as I had hoped, so the easiest route is to see if you can export the data directly from your CMS. Would it be possible for you to provide the artwork information in a spreadsheet, CSV, or XML format? For example, MoMA put together a spreadsheet with key data about their O'Keeffe, Stieglitz, and related images, and that has been turned into JSON-LD.

If you are able to export the artwork info from your CMS, you can provide whichever fields you are able/willing to, and we'll mock up as much as possible. That option could provide more robust data than what is available online as well.

Let me know if you have any questions about what to provide, and in what format, or if that won't be possible. If not, I can work with what is online.

@SamiNorling Yes, I will work with TMS to produce an object package, which should be easier to export to CSV. More soon!

@SamiNorling I am sharing the google doc data in an excel format exported from PMA's TMS system. Let me know if you need anything else, and thank you!

@jvinegra Thanks, this is great! I've added the file to my fork of the showcase repository, and will have the Linked Art JSON-LD version available for review there until it's ready to merge with the main repository.
